Country girl Rebecca has spent most of her life on a farm in South Dakota, and, when she goes away to college in Los Angeles, Rebecca immediately feels out of place in the daunting urban setting. Not sure if _Son in Law_ is a little extra dated, if maybe it's just because I didn't see it until I was already an adult, or if maybe it's just actually worse, but whatever the reason, I didn't vibe with _Son in Law_ as much as I have the other Paulie Shore movies I've seen.
Still outright refuse to jump on that hate train though.
